“Brought in my Audi S3 for a large dent on a body line of a rear door. The Dent Guy was able to work the dent from inside the door and restore the bodyline with no evidence that the dent had occurred in the first place. He was able to take me in with little notice and had the car finished before a previously planned trip. His flexibility was appreciated and would recommend. No paint scuffing or chipping had been caused by the parking lot incident making this the perfect repair. Would recommend for any dents that have no paint issues!

“My car was totaled in an accident. I picked Northside to have AAA tow it to, because their reviews online were stellar. When my insurance company was taking a while giving me info about the process of getting a quote, and basically giving me the runaround, the manager of Northside, Adam, gave me very helpful information on navigating the process. When I called, he would always get back to me very timely, and was sweet, honest and helpful. I appreciated his kindness very much during what was a very stressful time. When the insurance company told me they were totaling the car out as a loss, I went to the shop to collect my belongings out of the car. A lovely employee named Sam helped me get into the car, and offered his assistance with whatever I needed - not leaving me until I said I was all set and could handle the rest myself. After he went back inside, I realized I needed to get things out of the trunk, which I could not get into because the car battery was dead. Sam and another fellow came out, and after being unsuccessful getting the trunk to open, contorted themselves to get into the trunk via the backseat. In other words, every single person I spoke with at Northside really went above and beyond with their customer service. It was **greatly** appreciated, especially at a sad time for me (I was not ready to say goodbye to this car, lol). I would recommend them very highly. I think the world of them.”

“I wish there were more stars to give Greg and team, such excellent service!! I accidentally broke my outside review mirror. Called Greg and was taken that day for an estimate. Within a week, the new mirror was in and fixed. Woody's is fast, efficient, very courteous, and reasonable. Hope I don't have to use this collision service again but if I do I will call Woody's!! “We had a great experience! We have a 2004 Newmar Dutch Star that had Diamond Shield on it from the factory. It was completely cracked from 20 years of service. We scheduled to have it replaced and we went to Elkhart Indiana. The tech was Boris he was GREAT, took the first day taking the old one off and the second day installing a new one. AFTER 20 YRS there was only one chip in the paint he touched it up and the New Diamond Shield looks like a new paint job! THANKS BORIS AND THE DIAMOND TEAM!”

“I had my truck in there this summer due to being T Boned by a young lady not stopping for a red light. I went to Gerber due to her insurance. Truck was needed both doors ,rocker panel, cab corner, truck bed. When completed picked up truck noticed loud clunk over bumps also when stopping and taking off periodically. I dealt with project manager about the issue brought back to Gerber also to a gas station they use put on a lift. Could not find a problem. I was told to bring to dealer have them check out. I said no . Then asked to talk to Chris the General Manager. He assured me he will figure it out. They removed the pick up bed to do the repair and had to replace 1 of the nerf steps. One of the bolts holds the cab to chassis and was not tight and flexing creating a clunking noise. Chris is sharp at his profession and offer's awesome customer service. Much appreciated Chris. “Not sure how it happened but woke up and saw a crack in my windshield. Used my insurance to make a glass claim and had a choice of appointments within a few days. I had to wait a bit longer due to some other things not related. Also insurance didn't give me the option of a mobile appointment. I didn't try calling or anything but if I need this again. I'd try that. This location is in a high traffic area. There is a star bucks and Tim Horton across the street as well as other spots to eat if you're waiting. My windshield replacement was covered fully by insurance. I did pay for new wipers and a rain treatment though. The work was done within a few hours. I did do a check of the work before cashing out. Didn't notice any issues. They also restuck all my window stickers and EZ-Pass transponder. I did not request OEM glass but haven't noticed any issues driving after picking it up. The work is warrantied. So if there are issues, I won't hesitate to have that handled.”

“Hit a deer in my 2021 Chevy Silverado. This was one of Geico’s recommended shops. I’m glad I chose them! Fixed my truck in a timely fashion and looked brand new when done. An after market part insurance made them use didn’t work so I returned and they had a GM part ordered and switched out quickly. They also went above and beyond for me when I was there doing extras. Even took back my rental when I picked my truck up because they’re a Geico partner. Great experience after an annoying and costly incident like hitting a deer. HIGHLY recommend for insurance related or any day needs!”
