“First time customer and I just had the best service. Went in for a broken driver door that wouldn’t open from strong wind blowing it back. I called Rochester Collision explained what the issue was. They ask me to bring the vehicle in to get it looked at and we brought it right in right away. They looked at it and instantly knew what the issue was and how they could fix it. They said they could have me in within 20 minutes and I believe my daughter was out of there in less than 20 minutes with a fixed door! They saved the day for sure. My daughter left extremely happy and I was relieved. Best part no charge!”

“I’ve been to Morris auto twice for different things and I’ve been pleased both times. I appreciate their platform they use to approve the repairs and cost, and I respect the way they explain what the repair is. They educate you and do not push you to get repairs that are not urgent or immediately necessary. They are super friendly and accommodating and have completed work on my car the same day. If you ask for a quote, they provide one right away. I never thought I’d report that I like a mechanic shop, so this is your sign to pay them a visit!”
“I have to start this by mentioning I’m from Long Island, specifically six / seven hours away by car / Amtrak and still made the effort to come out to Porsche / Audi Rochester. Not only were the features for the car I wanted right, but so was the price !! Molly made the process smooth, easy, and super transferable. Locally, I found that despite negotiating, I was being sold high mileage cars, or something way out of my price range. I felt like that shouldn’t be my problem / fault just because someone ran a red light, and totaled my car, and Garber did their best to work with me! Molly was absolutely amazing, and did the transaction with me through text. Everything even from Amtrak pick up was seamless! It had me wondering if maybe I should have upgraded further ;). The pick up for my dream car got even sweeter when I got the opportunity to meet Dan and Chris at the front desk. The most personable people work at every inch of Garber, and after such a traumatic experience with getting rammed into, and have to find and facilitate everything quickly, Garber, especially Molly made the biggest difference in getting this accomplished. I’ll never forget the six hour drive home to Long Island or the six hour amtrak up, and don’t regret it one bit. I got everything I wanted, and even things I didn’t expect! 10/10 recommend ☺🫶🏼”

“Sofia did an amazing job fixing my truck!
They got me right in, and fixed everything so that you can't even tell there was damage!
They had to replace a door, repair another, and fix a corner panel. The repair took a little bit of time, but I wasnt inconvenienced, thanks to the generosity of Sofia and their loaner vehicle they let me use!
When I got my truck back, they even detailed it, inside and out!
Can't say enough good things about this company. Its hard to find honest guys that know their trade like Sofia!
They even take care of my boat wonterizarion for me, what can't these guys do?

He was honest and told me that it was a fix that costed more than the car and advised me to just drive it without power steering. “We had a great experience! We have a 2004 Newmar Dutch Star that had Diamond Shield on it from the factory. It was completely cracked from 20 years of service. We scheduled to have it replaced and we went to Elkhart Indiana. The tech was Boris he was GREAT, took the first day taking the old one off and the second day installing a new one. AFTER 20 YRS there was only one chip in the paint he touched it up and the New Diamond Shield looks like a new paint job! THANKS BORIS AND THE DIAMOND TEAM!”
