“My car was totaled in an accident. I picked Northside to have AAA tow it to, because their reviews online were stellar. When my insurance company was taking a while giving me info about the process of getting a quote, and basically giving me the runaround, the manager of Northside, Adam, gave me very helpful information on navigating the process. When I called, he would always get back to me very timely, and was sweet, honest and helpful. I appreciated his kindness very much during what was a very stressful time. When the insurance company told me they were totaling the car out as a loss, I went to the shop to collect my belongings out of the car. A lovely employee named Sam helped me get into the car, and offered his assistance with whatever I needed - not leaving me until I said I was all set and could handle the rest myself. After he went back inside, I realized I needed to get things out of the trunk, which I could not get into because the car battery was dead. Sam and another fellow came out, and after being unsuccessful getting the trunk to open, contorted themselves to get into the trunk via the backseat. In other words, every single person I spoke with at Northside really went above and beyond with their customer service. It was **greatly** appreciated, especially at a sad time for me (I was not ready to say goodbye to this car, lol). I would recommend them very highly. I think the world of them.”

“We had a great experience! We have a 2004 Newmar Dutch Star that had Diamond Shield on it from the factory. It was completely cracked from 20 years of service. We scheduled to have it replaced and we went to Elkhart Indiana. The tech was Boris he was GREAT, took the first day taking the old one off and the second day installing a new one. AFTER 20 YRS there was only one chip in the paint he touched it up and the New Diamond Shield looks like a new paint job! THANKS BORIS AND THE DIAMOND TEAM!”

“Needed some welding because of a leak in an exhaust pipe system. The dealer cost was around $2600. Joel carefully looked the leak and welded it for $270. Pleasant, honest guy with decades of experience. Very good at explaining his work and showing me the bad part causing the leak. I would highly recommend Joel for his services. Prompt service, kept me informed about the repairs needed, good paperwork explaining his work, and completed the work on time.”
“I brought my car in for a power steering leak detected at another location, and thank goodness I did as they detected not only the original leak but two others.Because of the parts needed and inclement weather, it took some time for parts to arrive.Adam and Steve were extremely helpful within bounds of their control and continued to keep me abreast of progress as it developed. It was frustrating but these guys remained diligent and committed to a conclusion of which I appreciate.I tip my hat to Steve, Adam and those unseen guys on the frontlines....the mechanics.Thank you!”

“Not sure how it happened but woke up and saw a crack in my windshield. Used my insurance to make a glass claim and had a choice of appointments within a few days. I had to wait a bit longer due to some other things not related. Also insurance didn't give me the option of a mobile appointment. I didn't try calling or anything but if I need this again. I'd try that. This location is in a high traffic area. There is a star bucks and Tim Horton across the street as well as other spots to eat if you're waiting. My windshield replacement was covered fully by insurance. I did pay for new wipers and a rain treatment though. The work was done within a few hours. I did do a check of the work before cashing out. Didn't notice any issues. They also restuck all my window stickers and EZ-Pass transponder. I did not request OEM glass but haven't noticed any issues driving after picking it up. The work is warrantied. So if there are issues, I won't hesitate to have that handled.”
