The delivery staff is also awesome. Every single delivery person was beyond friendly and showed care and concern for my home. They went above and beyond to make each delivery easy even when I thought getting a certain pieces into a certain room seemed impossible. “First off I would like to say that Value City Furniture is not what it used to be! We were promptly greeted on arrival and there was absolutely zero pressure from Chris, our sales rep. We wondered around the store for a wile until we finally decided on a style we loved. Chris was so helpful and patient while we asked a million questions. And when I say we, I meant my wife!He helped us through the whole process. His colleague Ted also got involved to help Chris in selecting our couches to customizing our pieces.
