“I had the platinum protection on my furniture set and called to have some maintenance done on my couches, unfortunately Raymour & Flanigan no longer works with the vendor that made my furniture. They were able to give me a full refund on my couches towards a brand new set. They had several really nice options to choose from that were within my budget and had the new set delivered to my home in only 4 days. I'm extremely happy with the service I received in the store from the manager, sales person and the customer service desk. The delivery guys were very friendly and careful removing the old furniture, as well as bringing in the new. I will definitely do business here again in the future.”

“Great Deals here and such Kindness!Charles, the young man who works there went above and beyond to carry my tall garden decoration our to my car but it broke on the way. He said that I could get a huge discount on it- which I did! It turned out a small globe broke and could be replaced. He cleaned up the glass in front of my car and was such a nice man to talk to. He deserves a raise!I bought a freshly made wreath- they were making them up in the store as I was shopping and for a fantastic price. I aldo bought produce and local honey at prices that you can’t beat anywhere else.I will be back at this wonderful local business.”

The photo frames I picked out add just the right touch of personality to my walls, while the wall art selections were diverse and stylish—making it hard to choose just one piece! The side table was the cherry on top, tying the room together with its elegant design. Prices were reasonable for the quality, and the shopping experience was smooth from start to finish. Igor personally took the time to measure, and price out wood flooring to replace my existing carpet. The installers came promptly at 8:30am when Igor said they would.
