“Kathleen is an exceptional person who is providing incredible services to this community with purpose and intention. When you meet someone and can clearly tell they are committed and unfaltering you know you’ve found an ace in the field. Kathleen is that for dog grooming and boarding care for th Gates community (and I’m sure Rochester). I brought a dog I am caring for in a last minute effort to get him cleaned because his parents couldn’t get it done before they left him with me for 3 weeks. I had never met her or used her services before. I got on her books in less than 48 hours and she managed to swiftly and professionally clean and groom this 120 lb puppy with no awareness atall that life is not just one endless game of whatever your whimsy!

“I can only tell you that I loved this hotel. It is a hotel with few rooms and there are only 4 floors, but very cozy. I think of the few places I can say that everything was good. The attention, cleanliness, service and breakfast were very varied even though my check out was on Monday. As an informative note, I did not know that breakfast on Saturdays and Sundays was 7:00am/10:00am and that on weekdays it was 7/9:30am. And the reason was because the day before I had not gone down to breakfast and when we went down almost at 9:30 that's when I found out that information. But anyway we had a few minutes and it gave us time to enjoy breakfast. The employees are super attentive, especially a young woman named Rosa who, even though she was not the cleaning lady, asked for towels and toilet paper and I gladly took them to the room. So if you are ever in the State of Rochester, don't think twice and go to Holiday Inn Express.?Rooms: Very comfortable and spacious.”

They genuinely have some of the friendliest, most attentive desk staff that I’ve encountered in traveling the US.This hotel will be my new go-to in the Rochester area. “Stayed this weekend for a wedding. Room was clean, staff very friendly. This is probably one of the best experiences I have had in Rochester. The restaurant staff was fantastic, Brittany was very friendly and everyone did a great job. I am looking forward to staying here again for future trips!”
