“My youngest is obsessed with hotels and indoor pools so part of her 10th birthday was a mommy and me weekend here, complete with dinner and breakfast in the restaurant and cafe.Staff was kind and went out of their way to make my daughter feel special once they learned it was her birthday. (She told the server and she told everyone) which delighted her and she's bragged about it ever since.The room was spotless, the pool and hot tub were clean and she had the time of her life.We both enjoyed the food as the restaurant and the cafe for breakfast.”

“Rooms could be updated but were clean. Pull out bed was not that comfy.Rooms: Clean. Cannot change the temp setting. Plenty of towels and amenities. Fridge runs only two hours before shutting off so you need to turn it on again.Safety: Very safe and secure. Security staff on site.Food & drinks: Excellent food. Not skimpy.Noteworthy details: Staff very accommodating.”

“Really happy with this booking. We booked a double bed suite for a better price than most other hotels. Room was clean, bed was comfy, lots of pillows and blankets, and the suite offered some seperation from the kids. Free parking, friendly staff. Next door to Olive Garden and Applebee's. Free continental breakfast was great (except the 'cheese omelette'that had some sort of cheese spread instead of real cheese).”

“When trying to check in I waited 15 minutes for someone to show up at the front desk. I walked the lobby, called the phone numbers listed. Knocked on doors...nothing. After the long wait the front desk clerk showed up and did not even apologize.The room was semi-clean. The bathroom arrangement is cramped and terrible - when sitting on the toilet prepare to bang your appendages into the sink. There is more room in an airplane bathroom!The AC/Heater unit was full of dust, so I might have to go see a respiratory specialist to make sure I did not breathe in some filth, mold or other 30 year old particles! I cannot recommend this place unless there is no other alternative!”

“Great, comfortable stay with awesome customer service. This is a good standard for a Hilton brand hotel. The food and drink at the hotel bar was top notch and the service excellent. The parking garage is secure but costs $10 per night. I recommend this hotel.Safety: Everything is safe, including the parking garage. Be aware of homeless bums and drug addicts on the streets outside the hotel at night.Food & drinks: Great downstairs bar with good food.”

“The hotel is well located in the center of downtown. While the city has a limited amount of things worth walking to, the things that are were close to the hotel and made it easy to get to. The hotel itself was clearly renovated recently and the renovation did a good job with the rooms clean and in good condition. Only real critique is that there were no towel racks which seems like a weird design omission during a remodel. The hotel restaurant had good food and the employees were extremely nice. It's honestly a recommendation if you're looking for somewhere to eat going there is not a bad choice at all. Overall if I were to stay in Rochester again I would book this hotel again.Rooms: Rooms were recently remodeled and are in good and clean conditionWalkability: This hotel is centrally located in downtown making it walkable to different restaurants and suchFood & drinks: The food and drink of the hotel restaurant was very good no complaints at all and definitely would recommend”

“Honestly, I don’t know what the fuss is over this hotel. I concur there was No elevator, (but we knew that), thin walls and noise from the highway, (but we sleep like the dead) and not a warm breakfast (had cereal, yogurt, fruit and granola bars). But The bed and pillows were amazing, the TV big and easy to use and we Loved the cool floors. The front desk guy was great and there were signs everywhere about taking care of customers. The price we paid was low so we didn’t expect the Ritz. I would stay here again.”

“We had a business meeting in town on our anniversary so we decided to look for a romantic room with a jacuzzi tub so we could relax in the evening.After reading the reviews for the Onn on Broadway, we decided to give it a chance since they were very mixed reviews. We're so glad we gave it a chance because it was so much better than we ever expected!The Inn is charming, historic, and fantastically remodeled. We were very impressed, right down to every outlet in the room having a USB port along with the regulations plugs. We stayed in room 301. The jacuzzi was clean and modern, the fireplace was a wonderful bonus and they already had it going upon our arrival.We will definitely stay there again when we're in the Rochester area! Next time we would love to try the restaurant as well. The pictures of the food look incredible!”
