“We brought our 35-lb and 75-lb dogs to Pet Supplies Plus Latta Road store for the Nail Trim/Paw Package on 2/22/26, and it was such a great experience! I made the appointment over the phone with Mikey, and he was able to get us in that same day. He was friendly on the phone and even friendlier in person.
Both of our dogs have pretty high anxiety, and Mikey was incredibly patient and gentle with them. One of our girls was so excited/nervous that she peed on the floor … twice. He handled it with total kindness and never made us feel embarrassed. During the trim and pampering, he was calm, attentive, and genuinely loving with both dogs.
To add to the chaos, one dog tried to make a run for it and wrapped her leash around a display (which came crashing down), while the other used the distraction to steal and devour half of a large birthday cookie. The employee at the register was so patient and understanding through the whole chaotic situation.
We truly appreciated the kindness, professionalism, and sense of humor from the staff — especially Mikey. We’ll definitely be back (hopefully with slightly better-behaved dogs next time!). ?”

The young man and the checkout staff really tried to help me find the special puppy food we need for our new 9 week old ShihTzu.
They even found another Tractor Supply that had it in stock! This is the great customer service !!!

“We have the absolutely most fussy Chihuahua ever!! Talked to Cindy and decided to try her food!! She loves the beef and chicken recipes!! And very reasonably priced!! The bakery section of homemade goodies is amazing. But had to pass on them sadly because she's overweight lol”
“I lost my betta today, and called the store as I had shrimp with him in the tank and just wanted to take the tank down. I had gotten my shrimp from there, so I called and asked if I could bring them back and spoke to Mike, I was teary still as I had just euthanized my betta and he was very kind and offered condolences over the phone, and said they could take the shrimp back. I just really appreciated the kind words and condolences he offered when I was upset, and I think this is a great business that really cares about their customers.”
“My husband is on his third generation of dogs being groomed here and we've never had a single issue. Our pups usually see Ashley, but we'd trust any of their employees. Never boarded a dog here but the grooming services are 10/10”
“The experience was great however from the Petco website it seemed the vet exam was free but there was no vet exam. It was only the administration of the shots. The report stated a list of things not checked. Also I pointed out that my dog has a cyst if they can take a look. I was told they are not equipped for that and I have to go to a full service vet.”

It was refreshing to have an employee who took a genuine interest in helping me solve a problem.”
“I have been buying raw from Pet Health Plus for 2+ years now and I couldn’t be happier. Tina and her mom are personable and extremely easy to work with. You can walk in and buy pretty much any variety of raw you’d ever want to feed your animals. On top of that you can order in bulk and save money and they always let you know when you need to order so that you don’t miss out on an upcoming shipment if you do decide to go with a bulk option. This store is awesome!”

“Been buying pig food for the last two years and the last six months or so you can't seem to get it? Even though it shows eight in inventory for the last four months maybe longer. Don't know who does your inventory but you really should learn how to do it. Been buying the feed elsewhere. Was told many times that it was coming in but never shows up. Spend a lot of money on feed there the last two+ years you just lost a farmer who will be going elsewhere from now on. UPDATED: I was contacted by one of the owners and he corrected the problem, and all is good. Great customer service. Update 5 stars for Customer service”
