He was very patient with us as we looked at the vehicles before buying, without standing over us pressuring us, made sure all my problems were addressed with my vehicle, even got all the mechanical stuff and windshield replaced within 24 hours of me making my purchase. “Went in here from a ad I saw posted on Facebook. I was struggling to find a reliable auto dealer that wouldn’t take advantage of the fact that I had no knowledge of cars. I found a safe,clean, and reliable vehicle for me and my kids and didn’t feel like I was being taken advantage of. Bob showed me multiple vehicles in my price range and didn’t push me at all. He gave me full details, carfax reports, wrote out all the numbers and “what if’s” for me to GO HOME and think about. I was pushed by the big car companies to make a decision right then and there and I don’t like that pressure. Being shown 5 vehicles that were in my price range and needs and given the opportunity to go home and think about it? Amazing. He did not call or push me and I ended up taking the vehicle of my choice to my mechanic who has been a long time friend. He wrote up what he thought it should be sold for and the one issue he found (a loose light bulb) and I brought it back to bob. My own mechanics value of the car was higher than the price tag from bob so I was sold. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a non pushy used car dealer in the Rochester area!”

“If you are a young woman— You are safe here!! At so many other automotive companies they try to take advantage of you because you are a small young woman but not here. The staff were not trying to bamboozle me or take my money— they were very honest. They didn’t treat me like I was stupid and know nothing about cars like all these other dealerships do. Very clean atmosphere, confidential, and professional. AND, I was out in 20 mins! Prices are lower than anywhere else I’ve been and definitely will return & recommend to friends and family.”

“My car was totaled in an accident and I needed to get a car ASAP. I was looking for something decent under $10,000. After test driving HORRIBLE cars, (most very obviously had been in multiple accidents with very high mileage), and dealing with even worse slimy salesmen, I was sooooo glad I went to Ultimate Auto Car Sales!! Sal and Kimmie were an absolute delight to deal with!! I love them!! I had a little snag with picking up the car after I paid for it because I had no ride to get back out there, and was driving a rental- (totally MY bad-I blanked and didn't have all the paper work needed to complete the transaction) Sal and Kim brought it to my house for me! My car runs great, and after dealing with so many rude people, I felt like they were a little gift to me, to let me know there are still wonderful people out there to do business with. I'm just sad I can only give 5 stars.”

They even replaced the brakes after we vocalized some concerns even though they had said that they would have been fine without any repairs.
