“Just bought a truck from them… super great experience. Love my truck amazing price and even went above and beyond what a used car place would do for a car and customer. Jillian even drove me from Buffalo to Rochester to pick up my truck. Would highly recommend”

“Derek at B&D took exceptional care of my 2012 Scion xD. The car is getting 'older' and many other shops had really been dismissive about working on it, but I'm stuck with it at the moment due to a loan refinance. Derek gave me extremely fair prices, exceptional customer service (going into detail about how/why things were done or a decision was made), and came out under his estimate after all was said and done. The car feels fantastic and I couldn't be happier to have it back in fighting shape, with many more years of driving to go. Thank you Derek/B&D!”

“In 2023 I bought my car from them and I was fairly new to buying cars since it was the first ever car I spent my own money on. Now in 2026, the same vehicle i bought from them has never let me down and it continues to be a tank to this day. The entire staff was nice and very patient with me and did everything the could to make sure i got into a vehicle that day!”

“Sal and Kimmie were AMAZING when they sold me my first car. They eased all of my worries about buying a car, and made me feel welcome at all times. They even allowed me to come back and get my car checked out after the sale. They are both so genuine and kind people, and really do put effort into each car they get. I have made life long friends in these people, and I think you should too!!”

“Dennis is highly attentive, and catered to my specific needs with the vehicle I was interested in. I bought an older car for a great price. The car came inspected, and with all of the paperwork necessary for a very smooth transaction. With his wide range of vehicles, I would recommend anybody to go and check out his inventory!”

“I recently purchased an '07 Tacoma from Craig, down to earth guy and friendly. After driving home for over an hour I found I had a rear diff leak. From the get go he offered to fix it for no charge to me. I just had to get the car back to him. Even offered a loaner as well for free.”

“5 stars are not enough for me to accurately express my satisfaction with my great experience. Steve was amazing. He communicated with me every step of the way. I felt like I was working with a friend not a Salesperson. I highly recommend Bob Johnson Chevy West, ask for Steve! Thank you so much!”

“Just bought a car from these guys and overall I’m very happy I did. Had it a few day and noticed it has a slow oil leak. I called them up and they didn’t even hesitate, they said bring it in and we’ll get you taken care of. And that’s what they did, everyone I dealt with was very professional through every step of the process. I would recommend them to anyone, I’ll probably be back myself down the road.”

“this auto dealer has proven to me that Customer satisfaction is a high priority. I have been working with their agent Al. he is bending over backwards to help me obtain the vehicle I'm interested in. he has lowered the price and offered to come in on a Sunday if I wish to make it more convenient for me. as a disabled person.. it is refreshing to see see a buisness putting customer service over profit for a change. the purchase of this van would not have been possible without the efforts of al and Russel. thank you gentlemen for helping to get me one step closer to succeeding in my needs... you guys are awsome. anyone looking for a used vehicle need to visit your west ridge rd location.”

“I visited a few times while making a decision to purchase a car. Not 1 time was I pressured into buying anything. The only thing I didn't like. Was it snowed the night before, they didn't even offer to clear the car once I said I'd like to test drive it. They just handed me the keys & returned to sitting at the desk. The car I purchased is great.”
