“Fantastic. Rob helped me on a walk-in on July 4th for an emergency setup at a new apartment. He was patient, cooperative and incredibly helpful. Out of multiple stores that I have been to (Jericho, Huntington, Syosset, Plainview, Garden City, and Massapequa) Rob at the Hauppauge store was the only one able to properly assist me. I have spent the entire day running around speaking to employees who did not understand my requests and were not able to help. Rob has been amazing. A huge breath of fresh air.
