I can't thank him enough for not giving up. He tried. Swapping parts and jumping stuff out and finally figured out what the problem was. He didn't give up and I thank him for that. After going to 3 other stores that were not able to help me upgrade my phone in person coming here was a breath of fresh air the staff are eager to help answer any and all tech related questions.
