I loved shopping here, I came for hats and scarves and winter pajamas, I found everything for fall and winter, Hanes brand thermal clothing, I brought it for my husband, myself and my teenage son, it was cheaper than She. ..in and tem...u, the truth is ? I recommend it, super clean and organized, there are also things for the house, the kitchen, the bathroom, at convenient prices.

“Besides all the portly behaved children it’s a pretty good store, everything is well stocked and mostly organized. The employees were very nice. They welcomed almost every customer. The kiosks worked pretty well. The floors were mostly clean. The candy was 10 for a $1.25. We got some Christmas stuff that was on sale. It was a little difficult to find parking. A lot of variety. Other customers may bump into you if it’s busy, not a lot of walking room.”

“No weekend is complete without a run to 5 Below. It's always for something that's needed like a phone charger cord and then I wind up seeing so many other things that I feel like I must have. This location is usually pretty well stocked and the staff is friendly. Every once in a while they're short handed up front but they seem to make it work. On this trip I got pillows and a throw for my guest bedroom because they were super cute and affordable. I also bought another bookcase/organizer because I used one of theirs for my pop up shop set up and it works really great. Even though some things are more than $5 most of my items were actually $5. If you have a very small child, I'm warning you they have lots of cute toys and a lot of candy especially near the checkout so either prep them before you go in or don't bring them.”

“Come here a lot to buy a drink or snack before or after a run down the length of Queens Boulevard. Prices could be a bit lower, 3 dollars for one water is a bit much. But they have a pretty good selection of not just snacks and drinks, but tech accesssories as well as toys. I really like the design of the place, the wall art is awesome, and I come here occasionally just to have a place to chat with friends and buy something random for a cheap price.”

“This little mall, if you can call it that, is similar to the New World Mall next door. It is small, just one floor, but there is a very good tailor as well as shoe repair guy in the back. Tina's Tailors Inc. is stall B7. This location is a bunch of tiny stalls with vendors selling things from wigs, clothing, children's clothing, jewelry and accessories, as well as you can take your things to get repaired, hemmed or altered.”
“I was visiting the area and discovered my internet, and google maps feature did not work on my phone when I got to New York from Calgary, Alberta, Canada. I was on the phone to my cell phone provider tech support for 2 hours between three calls, and they couldnt figure it out. I drove around in circles for hours, from JFK airport and ended up at this shop looking for a map to buy. The owner got his son and he figured out how to download a map and use it off line. It got me to where I need to go. I wll never fotget how the little discount store in the Bronx help me out and would not accept anything in return. This tells me they are very very good people here. Thank you for your help and support.”

“Honestly one of the best 99¢/convenience stores I’ve ever stepped foot in. Great selection of items, they don’t close too early, has many aisles you’re almost guaranteed to find what you’re looking for, and the prices are overall reasonable across the board. Even when they’re out of stock of what I want, there’s usually still a comparable consolation in the store so it’s hard to complain. They also have some lovely hidden gems in the store if you look closely or even ask sometimes. The men working there are also very friendly, respectable, and honest from my experience. I’ve been to a number of convenience stores in Brooklyn and this one is of the best I’ve seen in the borough and the Canarsie area. The issues I’ve come across while shopping here are honestly negligible. They’re definitely worth a visit if you need something.”
