“Besides all the portly behaved children it’s a pretty good store, everything is well stocked and mostly organized. The employees were very nice. They welcomed almost every customer. The kiosks worked pretty well. The floors were mostly clean. The candy was 10 for a $1.25. We got some Christmas stuff that was on sale. It was a little difficult to find parking. A lot of variety. Other customers may bump into you if it’s busy, not a lot of walking room.”

“No weekend is complete without a run to 5 Below. It's always for something that's needed like a phone charger cord and then I wind up seeing so many other things that I feel like I must have. This location is usually pretty well stocked and the staff is friendly. Every once in a while they're short handed up front but they seem to make it work. On this trip I got pillows and a throw for my guest bedroom because they were super cute and affordable. I also bought another bookcase/organizer because I used one of theirs for my pop up shop set up and it works really great. Even though some things are more than $5 most of my items were actually $5. If you have a very small child, I'm warning you they have lots of cute toys and a lot of candy especially near the checkout so either prep them before you go in or don't bring them.”

“This small shop is very convenient very reliable they are actually one of my favorite stores in the area- the merchant is very caring and so into what folks need - it’s a small business but they are Literally reliable and very giving/ the owner to d awesome and he’s very much into supporting customers- I once didn’t have enough for my purchase and he filled in the 1.79$ I owed and he reimbursed me for my purchase of the even though I didn’t have enough- gotta give thank me o store owner - leave the clerks alone - they are just there serving on small pocket change but the owner is a good man- you can the difference between the two of evil and hood and he’s perfect perfection - stick to this shop and you will never loose ??✊???”

“I really like that this store actually has all of there items with the proper price tags. I the clothing section was neat and actually found small size graphic tees. I have been to a few other locations and small tees are hard to find. They were in stock with a lot of the candies I saw on the website. The staff is also friendly.”
“We came here in January 1st and bought a few things , like a nice fluffy blanket. And a few curtains and some sheets. And we will be there again soon enough. The prices are great ?? and the people are polite. I look forward to going back”
“This store has a huge variety of items, including household essentials like curtains, mats, rugs, pillows, and kitchen supplies. Their holiday section is always well-stocked, especially during Christmas — trees, lights, ornaments, and a lot of festive displays.
Prices are very affordable, but the quality can be hit or miss. Some items are decent for the price, while others feel cheap or misleading. One issue is that the store sometimes displays high-quality decorations, but the boxed version next to it is not the same product — it’s a cheaper variation. It’s easy to assume you’re buying what you see, so always double-check. There are plenty of outlets around the store, and the staff usually allows you to test lights or open certain items. When in doubt, ask an associate before buying.
The store can get extremely crowded, and the aisles are small, which makes shopping a bit stressful during busy times.
Another downside is the loss prevention process at the exit. The worker by the front door often checks bags and receipts even if you’re simply carrying multiple shopping bags. Most of the time, all they do is highlight the date on your receipt, but you still end up waiting in a line just to leave — especially frustrating when the store is already packed. It can feel unnecessary and a little annoying.
Overall, the store has good variety, friendly staff inside, and great seasonal deals, but be prepared for crowds, inconsistent product quality, and slow, inconvenient checkout at the exit”
“The cashiers are super nice and this place has everything ranged from $1 to $99. It's my quick stop shopping place for most of the items I need especially last minute ones. They open at a decent time (8am-8pm) but if you come earlier, they might let you in while they're settling down. I was very excited when it opened because we needed one in the neighborhood. Come and check it out!”
“This little mall, if you can call it that, is similar to the New World Mall next door. It is small, just one floor, but there is a very good tailor as well as shoe repair guy in the back. Tina's Tailors Inc. is stall B7. This location is a bunch of tiny stalls with vendors selling things from wigs, clothing, children's clothing, jewelry and accessories, as well as you can take your things to get repaired, hemmed or altered.”

“This is hands down the best Five Below location! The store is always clean, organized, and fully stocked, making every shopping trip enjoyable. The customer service here is truly exceptional.
The store manager is absolutely amazing—so friendly, welcoming, and always makes sure my daughters and I leave happy. You can tell they genuinely care about their customers and their team.
I also have to give a special shoutout to Lizzie! She is such a sweetheart and is always so kind to my girls. We’re in Five Below pretty often, and every single time she sees us, she greets us with a smile and checks in to see if we need help finding anything. It’s employees like her who make us want to keep coming back.
The entire staff deserves recognition for providing outstanding customer service. They’re always patient, helpful, and professional, even when dealing with difficult situations. I’ve unfortunately witnessed customers being aggressive toward employees over something as simple as Squishys, and I truly don’t understand it. The Five Below team handles these situations with grace and kindness. It’s free to be kind, and these employees absolutely deserve the same respect they show every customer.

Great selection of items, they don’t close too early, has many aisles you’re almost guaranteed to find what you’re looking for, and the prices are overall reasonable across the board. Even when they’re out of stock of what I want, there’s usually still a comparable consolation in the store so it’s hard to complain. They also have some lovely hidden gems in the store if you look closely or even ask sometimes. The men working there are also very friendly, respectable, and honest from my experience. I’ve been to a number of convenience stores in Brooklyn and this one is of the best I’ve seen in the borough and the Canarsie area. The issues I’ve come across while shopping here are honestly negligible. They’re definitely worth a visit if you need something.”
