“Great Experience for a first timer. I had a starter problem and I needed a tow. They told me 30 minutes and Bebo the driver got there in exactly 30 minutes. A couple of hours later they took my car straight to the Mechanic. I told them I needed it for work the next day before 12 and the car was ready by 11am. In less than 12 hours everything was done. If you have any car issues don’t look any further”

After hitting a diabolical pothole on the BQE that messed up my vehicle's suspension, I brought it to Dean's and they took great care of my vehicle and handled the process with Geico as well as Enterprise perfectly. “Initially I was angry because it took forever to get it done, because It was a minor accident, but unknown to me there were more damage under the hood. When I went to pickup the car, I was so impressed with the work, both outside and under the hood. They know their stuff.
Few things to know:
1. They work directly with insurance, so if you know your insurance is not the best, look for another local mechanic.
2. It takes a while to fix the car, if you do not have that patience, look for another place... However, trust me you won't be disappointed at the end.
3. You get update through text message (not everyday), but if you give them a call for update, they will always answer your call.
4. They provide a web-link where you can see your repair estimate and track the progress... The 1st week estimate is not the final, keep that in mind... Most likely end of 2nd week you get exact estimate for the repair.
Highly recommend.”
