While I found some items I was shopping for, it was concerning that I was sent to 3 different computers to check out because they were not working. The staff was great, but you could see their frustration with the eqiluipment failures.”

Staff are always friendly and go above and beyond with what I call good customer service. Here you can find just about anything your looking for whether it's hold-hold items, groceries, toys, baby supplies, pet items, you get the hint. “Went looking for a winter coat for my plus sized son. Larger sizes are hard to find, especially at a good value. He found one he liked, yay. An employee greeted us at the door and was very helpful in directing us to the right section. I did not find the store disorganized when I went, and the staff I spoke with were pleasant. Will return.”

“I always prefer coming to Victor to do my shopping for the holidays and birthdays. Nice to get away from my normal shopping places and adventure out. I love checking out their Christmas attire, I can always count on JCP for a great ugly sweater. I really needed them the last time I was in, as I needed odd color stockings and they had them! Wal-Mart didn't even have the shade of red I needed. Thank goodness for JCP. This store is always clean and staff are always ready to help.”

“Walmart's are Walmart's. However, this one is in above average shape for the Rochester area. Walmart focuses on value, and it is difficult to maintain value and great service. This location does a reasonable job. This is the only Walmart anywhere near me that has a gas station. There was another one that was much closer to me that was sold and turned into a bank. Having a gas station adds to the value for Walmart+ subscribers.”

Substitutions are decent when they need do a substitute. I don't get produce from here often, but the produce I have gotten has been fresh and not damaged. The staff members that load the car have been helpful and have not loaded incorrectly.”

“This store is awesome!! The managers and cashiers are wonderful very friendly and very helpful. The manager suggested a specific food for my pup and brought me over to it. At another visit I had to return a coat and they offered to order what I needed on line because they were out of it at the store. She did the transaction for me!The store is always clean and I enjoy going there.”
