    4.1 Good 89 reviews

“Just had amazing customer service at Homesense. The cashier was very nice....but even better, as I was leaving the store, I realized I had lost my keys. A young man employee went all around the store with me helping to look for them. Thankfully, someone turned them in! The young man was very helpful, even after my keys were found. He helped me to take my purchases to my car. I'm thankful for everyone's kindness.”

“We drove from Vegas to Rochester to bring our grandson to Eastman School of Music. Once here, we had a better idea of what he needed. We went to Home Goods. Once inside, I was confused on where to look for things and was already stressing over the whole situation. My entire demeanor was changed thanks to Michelle. Michelle was thoroughly knowledgeable about the store. She sensed my confusion and stress and knew immediately and exactly where each item I needed was located. I came back to her four times. EVERY time she was very pleasant and helpful. I cannot say enough good things about Michelle. Thank you for everything, Michelle!”

  16. T.J. Maxx - 20 Square Drive

20 Square Drive, Victor NY 14564

    4.1 Good 130 reviews

“I had an excellent experience at TJ Maxx thanks to a manager named Cindy. I came in to return a damaged item—a set of spice jars where the base holder was broken. Unfortunately, there were no identical sets available to exchange it for, only similar ones with slight differences like lid color. Even though she didn’t have to, Cindy went above and beyond to help me. She took the time at the counter to open up another box and carefully replace just the broken base piece for me. I know that’s not an easy or typical thing to do, and I truly appreciated the effort she put in just to make things right. I walked in disappointed, but thanks to Cindy, I left extremely happy. It’s rare to see that level of customer service and willingness to go the extra mile. I’ll definitely be coming back, knowing that if anything ever goes wrong, Cindy will be there to take care of it.”

“I truly want to thank Kohl's in Webster, specifically Joelle, the store manager, for being absolutely AMAZING in helping to correct a situation regarding an online order for a Lionel train, which arrived defective (defective due to poor quality by Lionel, not any fault of Kohl's). Joelle was able to help me so that we did not have to go through the extremely long warranty turn around time of Lionel. If you are looking to shop at a retail store where the store manager GENUINELY CARES about customer service, I highly recommend the Kohl's store in Webster, NY. Joelle is truly fantastic!!!”

“This Target location seems to have gotten a bad rap - especially by my own mother. My husband, daughter and I were in the area visiting my mother recently and stuck at the worst Holiday Inn on earth right next door, we popped in to grab some items we needed. I found this Target was just fine - a typical Target store and typical staff. I honestly have no complaints about this location at all.”

I will go in the beginning of the week because there’s less people there but if you wait until the weekend of course like it’s a rush and you’ll probably miss out on the things that you want. but they have a great variety of household items, clothing, soap, anything you could think of you just have to take your time and look and be patient and like I said, go in the beginning of the week Monday Tuesday Wednesday maybe even Sunday”

She was so professional and knew what she was doing. She talked to my daughter thru the whole process and made sure she was comfortable. Afterwards we received a %20 coupon towards our whole purchase. We ended up buying sevee things. All items are buy 3 get one free. So we ended up getting great deals. And the cupon even worked on rhe clearance items we purchased. This is a great location to say the least!!”
