“I was very impressed from the start with my phone call inquiring if they could install a new trailer hitch I had purchased on a new car. Cay was professional, pleasant, give me a fair quote, and made sure that I had the correct hitch for my car. James did the work and he was outstanding in every way. I explained that it was a new car and I had seen the U-Haul You Tube video where they installed the exact hitch on this car. I mentioned that I was concerned about scratches, how they handle the bumper sensors, etc. James answered all my questions clearly, and I felt quite confident that he would do a good job. As he was working he came out a couple of times to show me the progress he was making. I couldn't be more pleased with the result or the outstanding service from this U-Haul location. Sara was incredibly helpful from talking us through what size storage unit we would need - meeting me there to show me the unit, to helping me to know what lock to purchase, to setting me up on auto pay, etc…. She really walked me through everything. The climate controlled storage units are new and very nice. It made getting things out and into storage during the winter months easy. We would use the service again in a heartbeat. I would recommend.”
