“This is a people centric bank Although the tellers change frequently the middle management and above is focused on the credit union members. That's what the customers of the bank are called. It seems people matter to this bank. Some things that I need they can't do, like foreign money transfers but they do 90% of what I need.”

“I had such a great experience at this branch. I needed to have a few documents notarized and was able to make an appointment online. It was super simple. Once I arrived at the branch, the traffic was being regulated to ensure a safe environment. There weren't a ton of people just walking in and out. You also were required to wear a mask. Here's the best part. When I went in for my appointment, I was immediately taken to a notary and I was in and out within 5 mins. UNHEARD OF! I hate going to get documents notarized at other locations because I usually have to sit and wait for a while. Once I was even told there was no notary available after waiting for a while. So frustrating. This experience was amazing and zero stress. I'll be coming here for now on.”
