“The attendant here was very friendly. The laundromat as a whole is clean. However, the small machines at least have rust on the bottom outer edge of all of them where you load it. The washing machines are pricey too. The smallest is $4.25, and the other machines are $6, $7, and $9. The dryer isn't too bad at 6 minutes per quarter.”

If that doesn't say it all, I can attest to the fact that it must be hands down the cleanest laundromat in Poughkeepsie.
Every single day the place gets cleaned and wiped down, swept and mopped, dryers get the lint taken out and there are employees from open to close.”

I also appreciate her being honest in what she's able to do such as telling me she couldn't take out my jeans; instead she offered another button, which worked out well. “Plenty of bays and different options like the automatic Touch Free car wash (I haven't used these yet), and a couple different DIY car washes, which I prefer. The prices are fair and the place is maintained nicely. I would recommend this car wash... it's between Main St and the arterial on N Grand Ave.
They also have a self service Dog Wash, Vacuums, Vending Machines (accessories, towels, AmorAll products, etc.) and the car wash is open 24/7.”

“I do like this car wash. It offers drive-through and self-service bays. I use the bays. This is not inexpensive, but the washing tools and settings are impressive. You can do a quick wash or take the time for a thorough cleaning. Water pressure is excellent. The bays also have air dryers, and outside are plenty of vacuum stations. AND there is an indoor dog wash, just in case you need it. They take credit cards, and there are change machines that accept higher denomination bills. This car wash is often very busy.”

“Overall a solid 4.5 really. Turnaround time isn’t super quick as the majority of actual cleaning and work is done offsite, which is the case with nearly all cleaners in town. That is really the only ding I could give this location. The two primary ladies who attend the shop (as of Fall 2025) are phenomenal. Extremely helpful, friendly, and personable. Never had an issue with an item being lost or damaged. One especially 5 star moment was when a family member was heading out of town one evening and stopped by the pick up their required uniform which hadn’t come from the courier yet and I had to leave, but the lady called moments after I drove off to swing by and get the item that just arrived. She was extremely thoughtful and went above and beyond. Excellent customer-focused service.”
