They always go above and beyond when you need them and get stuck on a weekend when your dog gets sick on a Friday!!! The staff is also so kind and helpful. I was driving my senior cat to an appointment yesterday and he had 3 accidents on the way. They were totally understanding and even went above and beyond in helping clean my cat AND carrier before the appointment. During the appointment, they were patient with all of my questions and provided amazing care to my VERY wiggly cat. Absolutely impressed and the vet was thorough during his exam too. THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!

Now I am back with a new kitten that showed up..I am hoping to have a great experience again..As for the negative people none of the vets in town will see you on a week end it is always go to Cornell..so that's just the way it is now..
