“friendly, competent service. and, perhaps unbelievably, really good bagels, which they will toast and load up with cream cheese for you as you wait! as i understand it, the bagels are delivered daily from a bakery in Monticello. and they offer real milk and cream for the coffee, as opposed to the fake creamers so many gas station/convenience stores offer. i recommend it for an authentic experience.”
“This store changed hands in 2019/2020 from what was a *GLORIFIED DELI,* OFFERING OUTSTANDING FOOD, I.e. sandwiches, meals, occasional special breakfast/lunch/dinner smorgasbord style options, along with trying to offer occasional entertainment in the Upstairs Hall.
Unfortunately, it as too HIGH PRICED FOR THE AREA, and that is why they were unble to sustain their business model.
At present, the new ownership is following a *General Store* business model, carrying everyday household beverages & food/shelf staples, along with some maintenance items such as car engine oil, washer fluid, etc.
Good neighborhood store to find what you need quickly, rather than driving SEVERAL MILES to nearest grocery store. Prices are a little higher, BUT, the convienence outweighs the inconvenience!!! FOR SURE.
GAS PRICES ARE EXCELLENT AND THE CHEAPEST FOR MILES!!! SELF PUMP...
All around, a great store to have in the area.”

“Ed & Frank were both amazing. They upgraded my tank and installed gas pipes for my generator and their service and communication was highly professional and excellent. They even went out of their way to figure out the water issue I was having and got to the root of it! They truly care and go out of their way for the customer. Patrick was also wonderful to communicate with. I couldn’t have asked for a better service and experience with them!”
