I am so glad I took the time to read people comments before opening an account with Chase I rather give my business to Capital one since their customer service and customer time matters .

Unfortunately, my experience with the customer care is very bad. They didn’t even respectful to pronounce my name correctly. Also, they don’t seem to have accountability to response properly. I will never go to this branch and also insist the other people not to go there as because of their unwelcome behaviour.

Terrible service, they don’t pick up phone calls let alone allow you to walk in to open a business account, how can you have dynafunction on both ends?
