“Myself and 5 other people went to The Drunken Labatory Brooklyn to celebrate my cousins birthday. Each table seated 6 people so we had a table to ourselves. It was like $75 per person. When you enter you are asked to select one of the theme drinks, and given a shot. You are asked to come up with a sexy scientist name and put on your lab coat. We had a DJ who played good music. We also had a host/Professor who was very lively. You are able to order additional drinks (card only). Be prepared to do actual science project and answer trivia questions. Your prize is more shots. We definitely enjoyed ourselves”
“This theatre takes you back into time with its preservation! The Christmas Show featuring the Rockettes was superbly executed keeping the audience attentive and captivated through the show! A must see when in NYC during the holiday season.”
“Food and drinks were okay. A little overpriced in my opinion for the drinks. Two small mojitos (not strong) cost $44. Had to keep going out the room to call them if we wanted to order drinks or food; so service could be a little more attentive. But they were accommodating and very patient when it came to splitting the bill unexpectedly. Staff was very friendly and welcoming. The room was spacious and had good sound.”

“Private brunch for a baby shower, the crew was fantastic, the fixing were on point and service impeccable. Lots of refills, tables cleared promptly and any needs met instantly. There was lots of street parking (meters and alt side) and all went as planned.”

“This place was really cool! A bit crowded in the begining but once you finish the history hallway, youre free to explore the station with more room. Its quite cold in there except for the metrocard display. The gift shop is also nice and it has a nice selection of items (however it can be pricey) I got there at 1230pm and left when it closed at 4pm.”
“We had a wonderful experience at this venue. Nora was excellent at coordinating everything from start to finish and made the entire process feel smooth and stress-free. The booking process itself was seamless, and she was always accessible and responsive via email, which made planning much easier.
The decor was absolutely stunning—our guests were genuinely in shock when they walked in. It created such a beautiful and memorable atmosphere. The venue itself is especially well-suited for intimate events, offering a warm and elegant setting that feels both personal and special.

“Was one of the better party places I've been too. Also food was really good. My only issue is that the experience was too rushed. Another hour would have been the sweet spot. Also the video game room should be closed when doing the party activities, because half the kids were glued to the screens not participating and not eating.”

“We had a great experience working with Midtown Loft & Terrace! We booked their rooftop venue for our wedding reception in late March and although the weather was cold so the roof and glass walls needed to be closed, it was decorated so beautifully and our guests had a great night. Not only was it a convenient location for people to get to, it also has beautiful city views and guest photos turned out amazing. The venue worked really seamlessly with our caterers and other vendors, and they were very easy to talk to while planning and asking questions.
Loved working with them and was so happy we could have our wedding there!”

Not only were Kim and Bruno exceptional to work with in planning and coordinating everything, the day of the event went off without a hitch. The attention to detail and level of professionalism was first in class. The venue itself is so unique and a must to experience at least one time. 100% recommend hosting or attending an event here!”

“I was visiting New York for work (from the UK) last month and found 'Flowers on Essex' from a quick Google search and saw great reviews so thought I'd give them a go.
I bought a beautiful bouquet of flowers as a thank you for one of my organisation's volunteers. Bill and his team are so helpful and friendly. I was made to feel very welcome and had a lovely chat with Bill and team.
It's worth walking down 139-West 28th Street just to see all the beautiful flower shops. There used to be 45 wholesalers in NYC Flower Market - now there are just 8 (hotels keep buying up property in this area). So important we keep supporting these beautiful and unique flower shops!!! Do pay them a visit.
I really hope to go back when I'm in NYC again.

“We threw my son a fourth birthday party here on Saturday, and it was an incredible experience. The staff was heavily involved and everything ran so smoothly. They were on top of all the decorating, and the party itself was very structured. The space is huge, but not too big where it’s overwhelming it was just the right size. There were plenty of different activities for the kids to stay busy. Tons of space for them to run around and play and enough room for adults to congregate and be able to watch the kids. My son’s party guests ranged in quite a few different ages And I feel like the space catered to to all ages. Christine and her staff were so friendly and helpful. Truly an amazing party. We received so many compliments and exceptional feedback from our guests. Can’t wait to book the next one!! I will be recommending to everyone I know.”
