PetSmart
450 Fairview Ave, HudsonWe went there yesterday and it's a very tidy store, when the register got busy someone immediately came to open another. Dan helped us through check out and also with the engraving kiosk when we needed extra help. He went ABOVE and beyond because I think we had to ask him for help twice and he was so nice about it.

Hudson Veterinary Clinic
263 Fairview Ave, HudsonDr Mongil and staff are excellent, they care about the four legged patients and humans. He took excellent care of my baby. My 16 yr old Pomeranian until I had to put her down and he was so great with coming in after hours after a trip and on the weekend. She went peacefully and quickly in my arms. The staff were excellent when picked up my baby's remains. ?♥️?♥️

Vanderbilt Lakeside Bar Room & Guesthouse
161 Main St, HudsonWonderful venue for wedding. The view is great and the venue is spacious to host both outdoor and indoor ceremony. The indoor space has a bar, a dance section, a billiard table (tho not official and a bit lower in height), room that you can serve food to guests, and hang out with friends. The outdoor space is large enough for host a ceremony, it has some tables and seats and tree with a swing. I'd say the view outdoors is pretty beautiful, specially at night. I think this can be a good venue to have celebs in. Definitely recommend it : )

Cafe Mutton
757 Columbia St, Hudsonvery straight forward in consistency and quality as well as pricing with surprise menu offerings thrown in . Fun to occasionally have quail or tongue - always always get the eggs (whatever way of the day). Celery soda has a chokehold as does the Bloody Mary. Stay for dessert too - you’ll never be disappointed. Service is attentive and bubbly with a nice moody dinner vibe that’s contrasts nicely with the lively breakfast crowd. Always happy to end up here.
If I could eat here everyday I would. Regular customer since opening and wont be letting up anytime soon.

Bar Bene
538 Warren St, HudsonHad a lovely evening here. Was driving through Hudson and ended up getting a glass of wine here on a Monday which is their bingo/trivia nights. The crowd was super welcoming, the wine selection had something for everyone, and the cheese I selected was delicious

Hudson Brewing Company
99 S 3rd St, HudsonWe took a train into Hudson from NYC, and we needed a place to hang out while waiting for a pick up. This is a short (kind of awkward) walk away from the train station in a large warehouse-type strip. There's a nice beer selection, and they had a few frozen concoctions available. The real hero was the food truck. The nachos were SO GOOD. If I'm ever back in Hudson, I'll be stopping by.

14 S 7th St, HudsonThe O.G. is what I look for at every bar I go to, but no one can do it quite like Govies. Great bartenders too. It’s comfy, taverny, and welcoming. It’s a win all around and I loooooovvvveeeee it. Oh, and go for the Pop Roulette!

The Wick Restaurant and Lobby bar
41 Cross St, HudsonWe enjoyed our 3-night stay at the Wick. Nice to have complimentary water, coffee, and tea at the front desk at all times which was handy when we'd stop into the hotel in between outings. The room was comfortable and the bathroom was absolutely beautiful! We stayed on the 2nd floor, which is the main floor from the front of the building. If you stay on the 1st floor on the front of the building, you are actually below ground, but are at ground-level on the back of the building. The parking lot (which is located behind the hotel) is a little scary as there is an abandoned, broken-down building just behind the hotel. Thankfully we were able to park in one of the few spots that are right up next to the hotel. We did appreciate the parking lot option (which is one of the reasons we chose to stay here over other hotels)--some hotels in Hudson only have street parking with parking on opposite sides of the street depending on the day, which we didn't have to deal with here at The Wick. We had breakfast the first morning were were there and it was reasonably-priced with good portions that kept us full! Geraldine was a nice hostess who made us feel welcome and gave us some recommendations on places to check out in the area. Elizabeth made our stay extra nice through her friendliness when purchasing snacks one evening, and all staff other members were friendly as well. We would definitely stay here again!

MOTO Coffee/Machine
357 Warren St, HudsonAmazing customer service. Coffee is excellent and the food is good. I strongly recommend the regular breakfast burrito with roasted potatoes, onion, garlic, scrambled eggs, and Monterrey Jack cheese. They also have a vegan version with an egg substitute and plant-based cheese. Also doesn't hurt if you're a motorcycle enthusiast!

Coyote Flaco
6032 NY-9H, HudsonI am not sure how this place is below a 4?! It was really frikkin good! To start, chips and salsa are legit; the margs were tasty; and the homemade ice tea was earthy. The chicken fajitas came out on a funky fajita contraption, and the birria tacos were very tasty. I can't wait to head up north to stop here again. It's a gem!

feast & floret
13 S 3rd St, HudsonThis place was super special. For context, we came to Hudson on a day trip and this place made us want to do more day trips off to Hudson.
The food was unique in exploring modern American classics with some Italian spins. The ingredients were of very high quality and we found ourselves not only leaving every place clean, but also finding ourselves on a culinary journey of deciphering of mysterious ingredients that gave the plates an element of depth. This restaurant will set you on a culinary journey you didn’t know you needed… seriously worth a stop (and revisit)✨
Shoutout to all the staff too, everyone was super nice and attentive
