450 Fairview Avenue, HudsonMy husband and I signed our new puppy up for weekly training at PetSmart. We didn't really know what to expect, and the experience ended up being wonderful. The teacher/trainer Gwen is so warm and kind and has a vast knowledge of how the canine mind works at different ages and stages, and what they might be needing in a particular moment.
Our puppy has gotten so skillful at taking leash walks and following basic commands. But, even more importantly, Gwen helped us to understand how to build a two-way, trust-based relationship with our puppy so she will follow commands in the first place, knowing we will have her back and take care of her. We cherished this training and our time with Gwen!

263 Fairview Ave, HudsonWe’ve been bringing our border collie to Dr. Mongil & his wonderful staff for the past three years, ever since he was a tiny puppy, and we couldn’t imagine trusting anyone else with his care.
Dr. Mongil is incredibly knowledgeable, straightforward, and thorough - he always takes the time to explain everything clearly and never rushes through our visits. His expertise and calm approach have made such a difference for our dog, who is usually very nervous at any dog service place.
The office is always spotless, welcoming, and well-organized, and the staff is genuinely friendly, attentive, and caring. They consistently go above and beyond to make our pup feel safe and comfortable - greeting him warmly, helping him relax, and of course offering a couple of treats to win him over.
We’re so grateful for the exceptional care he receives every single time.
Highly recommend Dr. Mongil & his team to anyone looking for a trustworthy, compassionate, and professional veterinarian!

711 Warren Street, HudsonOk, Poured Candle Bar has EXCEEDED my expectations! I honestly thought it was going to be one of those places where you just pick your favorite scents, they mix it all together, and you hope for the best that it comes together and actually smells good lol.
Our girl Kristin did a phenomenal job curating our experience. She took the time to get to know each person in our group through thoughtful questions and really listened to our answers, which made the whole experience feel so personalized and fun. She was an absolute pleasure to work with, and since we were from out of town, she even gave us some great local recommendations!
1000/10 recommend this as a cute bachelorette activity, girls' day, or just something fun to do for funsies!

161 Main St, HudsonWonderful venue for wedding. The view is great and the venue is spacious to host both outdoor and indoor ceremony. The indoor space has a bar, a dance section, a billiard table (tho not official and a bit lower in height), room that you can serve food to guests, and hang out with friends. The outdoor space is large enough for host a ceremony, it has some tables and seats and tree with a swing. I'd say the view outdoors is pretty beautiful, specially at night. I think this can be a good venue to have celebs in. Definitely recommend it : )

14 South 7th Street, HudsonCame here literally three days in a row, midweek to watch Champions League games. The bartender remembered us from the first day. Do not sleep on the food here- they have a burger that is basically a french dip- friggin tasty. Another day we had the chicken sandwich with the hot honey- outstanding. And the last day we had a salad with chicken that turned out to be killer. Also they have Rodenbach on tap. Win win. Did i mention the train passes by directly outside the door?

41 Cross St, HudsonI recently attended a conference at The Wick in Hudson, and it was an excellent experience. The event was exceptionally well organized, the food was delicious, and the venue itself was beautiful.
I had the opportunity to see one of the guest rooms, which was comfortable, modern, and inviting. The lobby and bar area create a warm, welcoming atmosphere and make a wonderful first impression.
One of my favorite parts of the visit was learning about the hotel’s history. The Wick is named after the building’s original use as a candle factory, and the artwork throughout the hotel beautifully reflects that heritage. I appreciated how the developers preserved the building’s history while transforming it into such an elegant and welcoming space.
Whether you’re attending a conference, hosting an event, or planning a stay, I highly recommend The Wick. It’s a wonderful blend of Hudson’s rich history, thoughtful restoration, and outstanding hospitality.
