Best Buy is a good store for electronics with a decent amount of each category, including appliances, smart home systems, computers, and accessories. It carries popular phones like the Pixel line. The staff is generally nice, friendly, and patient. However, the store can sometimes be a ghost town with light customer traffic, and it can be harder to find things or flag down an employee due to fewer staff. Some find it more over-priced than ever with not a great selection, and the location seems a little run down. Many customers prefer to order online and pick up in store. While you might not always find the exact item, it remains a place to enjoy walking the aisles and looking.
