“Great 4-star experience. Visited on a weekday and was inside in under 10 minutes. The site is peaceful and the history is fascinating. Definitely worth a stop if you’re in the area!”
“I would give more stars if I could.
Can everyone please stop buying all of the used books from my favorite authors when they get them in stock? Thank you!”

“I didnt get his name but the tall brother with curly hair was the definition of good hospitality. I felt more like a guest in his house than a customer in a store. Its rare to see customer service like this these days. The prices were very fair too. May Allah bless and reward the people running this business”

“Theodore's Books is an absolute gem that every book lover should experience! Stepping inside feels like a warm hug, with its charming and inviting atmosphere. The shelves are thoughtfully curated, boasting a delightful selection that ranges from popular bestsellers to unique hidden literary treasures.
What truly sets Theodore's apart is its cozy ambiance. You'll find comfortable seating areas perfect for settling in with a new read, a cute kids table/chairs and children’s section in the back, and the staff are incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, always ready to offer a recommendation or chat about books. It's more than just a bookstore; it's a community hub where you can discover new stories, attend engaging events, and simply enjoy the quiet pleasure of being surrounded by books.
Whether you're looking for a specific title, a thoughtful gift, or just a peaceful escape into the world of literature, Theodore's Books is a must-visit. It's truly a cute and captivating spot that adds so much charm to Oyster Bay!”
“First time in today! They had the cutest things. I was upset I was in a rush to get to the airport. I wanted to look around, I wanted one of everything! The whole store is very inviting, clean organized! I was shocked to see that in a card and gift store. the woman at checkout who helped me sign up for the rewards program was super sweet can't wait to go back!”
“Love this bookstore and the shop owners Jennifer and Rich! They have the best curated selection of books for all ages. They also host so many interesting and fun events from bookclubs to readings/signing from authors, art paint nights (it's also a gallery in the back!) and trivia nights! It's MORE than a bookstore...it's a venue for creatives and anyone who wants to have a great time in Northport!”
“It’s very clean inside & decorated nicely. The staff is helpful. I was looking for Val Kilmer’s book but they didn’t have it, so I went to the cafe and had a latte instead:)”
“Love Lori and her delightful Mother?Love visiting this shop, supporting and shopping local. The best Swarovski crystal bracelet selections. Love my mustard seed cards that I purchase to give away to those you just need to have a lil bit of faith??❤️??”
“I love it here! They gave me the cutest little bag to fill in for for only $20. Good selection of titles. Also they give free coffee and the owner is so cool, she wrote a horror book which she signs and left a nice personalized message. Definitely a must bookstore to visit!”
“I have no complaints at all. I go in, get my books and leave. I've never had any problems with anyone there. It's because of those books that I've passed soo many civil service exams. Thank you for your help.”
“I had such an amazing experience getting my associates degree here and highly recommend starting your education here! I was very happy at the Brentwood campus and truly felt like the counselors here cared and wanted to help and see me succeed.”

“Like everyone else I absolutely hope to win one of the PCH sweepstakes, or two , I enter all the time, but today I am posting this notice to inform anyone who is interested that there is a mistake in one of the items they put in my mailing it is the "America's last circulating silver coins" set of four coins a JFK half dollar, a Washington Quarter, a Roosevelt dime and Jefferson nickel. They list the JFK half dollar as 90% silver which is imposible because from 1965 on through 1970 they were only made with 40% silver (Congress passed the Coinage Act of 1965) due to a short supply of silver.”
“Scholastic book fair is great it's in a warehouse in the back simple to find... Entrance is a little door that says enter here. Huge selection of books , posters, pencils etc . In addition everything is BOGO. Great place for teachers”
