“This review is long overdue and more than deserved by Adam. I bought a 2004 Chevy Avalanche from Chrono in 2021. I have to say that it was the best experience I have had buying a vehicle. I bought it sight unseen and had it delivered. Adam was amazing to work with and delivered on all fronts. The vehicle had a wealth of service paperwork and all neatly organized. Adam took videos and pictures galore so I could see what I was getting. If I needed more, he would have provided that too I'm sure. He was extremely communicative and helpful up and beyond the delivery of the vehicle. He provided a warranty well beyond what others provide, especially in my state. I love the truck and Chrono! “The personnel are very friendly, efficient and helpful. Wait time was minimal, and I appreciated their door to door service. My only problem was that the windshield was dirty on the inside, which made it difficult to see through in the late afternoon sun. Apart from that I was very happy!”
