She was kind, courteous and excellent at her job and I walked out with two brand new phones and saved about $10 a month.

“I’ve worked with Videson on two projects at my home and they’ve done a great job on both. First they installed several TVs on my walls and added soundbars. The following year they installed an outdoor tv, including the weatherproof cabinet. He even came back to help solve a leak (that wasn’t his fault) free of charge!

I have been unable to remove the charge from my bill, even though I have spoken with reprsentatives from Optimum. I keep deducting the $13.78 from my bill each month. “Had an amazing experience today at this store because of Jose!!
Yesterday, I upgraded my daughter's phone and had to pick it up at the Apple store, only to find out that the associate in a different store put the iPhone on my phone number instead of my daughter's.
Needless to say, we had to go to T-mobile to have the numbers switched to the correct phones. We happened upon this location and were lucky to get Jose to help us! Not only was he knowledgeable, he was patient, personable and extremely kind!
This store is out of the way for me, but in the future, I will definitely go back there for any issues I may have.
