It had been repaired multiple times by other jewelers for the same issue, but Plaza Jewelers took the time to explain several options and helped me choose the best repair without pushing me toward the most expensive route. They fixed it the right way, polished it beautifully, and you can really tell they’re highly skilled and experienced. Great service and craftsmanship!”

“The store is great but had a horrible experience with an associate named Maria..was in the store with my mom looking around looking when we asked the associate Maria for help looking for an item she pointed and said they’re over but they are out of your price range. When we said excuse me she repeated “they are out of your price range”. It shouldn’t matter what the price range is for us we’re customers , looking to spend money and this associate made the experience horrible. Luckily the other associate was sweet and corrected her immediately but now we know we’ll just be shopping online or another location.”

“I always get great service here! If you are a Crislu fan this is the place to go, and Sophie Reese often offers a 25% discount on their pieces. I made the mistake of going to a competing accessories boutique in Commack...they carry Crislu as well, but only at full price and refused to match Sophie Reese's price or even discount their regular retail price slightly--needless to say, I went right back to Sophie Reese to buy the exact same pieces for 25% off and I'm very happy. I've also purchased Alex Woo and Alex and Ani pieces here as well; I always walk away with a smile. I won't stray again! :)”
