“Outstanding purchase experience. This is not my first time buying from Time Source, so I finally decided to share my thoughts about the consistent service and quality of the staff. I was always greeted warmly upon entering the store. My first visit was just to browse. There was no pressure from the sales staff. It was a comfortable experience. I had brought in a watch for service (battery replacement and cleaning). It was done in a timely fashion. The results were perfect. I purchased my first watch 2 years ago. It came in a timely manner and was in mint condition. Very pleased with the experience. Fast forward to now, when I bought a new luxury timepiece. It would normally be a difficult model to obtain, but Time Source was able to get it within 2 weeks. I was kept informed about the progress and finally picked it up. The watch and incidentals arrived in mint condition. The staff was very helpful during the pickup. I would definitely return for my future needs and highly recommend this place to anyone interested in anything related to watches.”

“I visited Wit & Whim for the first time last Saturday with my little sister for a Charm making event. The store is so charming and inviting, just as Jacquelyn and her staff.
From the moment I stepped in, it was like I stepped into a different moment in time where women gathered, shared stories and remedies, crafted, and shared specially curated gifts with one another.
The store itself houses many unique items, both acquired throughout time and handcrafted.
During the event, my sister and I collectively created a bold bag charm, simple bracelet, and a reminiscent necklace. We had a lovely chat with Jacquelyn, discussing the charms and their origins, while sharing personal stories, and pouring so much of ourselves into the new pieces we're taking home.
After purchasing our items from the charm event, we had another thorough look around and of course, couldn't leave without purchasing another piece each to whisk away.

“Heidi, Jay, and Jeannine were very friendly, knowledgeable, and accommodating! I came in with a bracelet from my grandmother and they were able to resize it and make custom earrings for me with the removed pieces. They guided me through the best way to used the remnants and even tried to bring down the cost if I had anything at home to use for the custom piece. I had a wedding in less than a week and they were so kind to rush the job so I had them for the special occasion. They communicated so well from quote to pickup. I would definitely recommend them and use them again in the future.”
