I was always greeted warmly upon entering the store. My first visit was just to browse. There was no pressure from the sales staff. It was a comfortable experience. I had brought in a watch for service (battery replacement and cleaning). It was done in a timely fashion. The results were perfect. I purchased my first watch 2 years ago. It came in a timely manner and was in mint condition. Very pleased with the experience. Fast forward to now, when I bought a new luxury timepiece. “It's a spacious store so you don't feel crowded in, like most ones in the mall. The selection isn't any less, maybe the sales rack isn't packed with all the past season items but it still has sales rack to peruse. The staff greets you as soon as you walk in and they are attentive if you need help. The dressing room is clean and has plenty of stalls and waiting area for your shopping friends. All in all good location, except maybe not easy to find parking right close by. The town parkings are about a block or two away, so that's not too bad.”

I have been using this shop since thr late 90's never had a problem. Always good prices. Never got jipped.

They back up their merchandise- I once had an issue with some stones that loosened from a ring and they replaced them without issue for me. I feel safe with my Libutti purchases.
