I was in a situation where I needed receipts of my previous transcations to claim my funds from an Airline company who wasn't ready to help me with the claim without actual receipts. Saira and her entire team at Macys Customer service was so helpful and they did a wonderful job. Macy's you need more people like Saira.

My husband and I went to shop for a watch . Our Salesperson Christian was exceptionally friendly and answered all of our questions. His personality is well suited for his sales position. Very knowledgeable about any watch that I tried on and was patient with the process. It made our experience a very positive one.
