“I was looking for a dress shirt and formal shoes. The men's shirt section is comprehensive and has a variety of brands and sizes. After some effort I found a shirt I liked. The fitting room area was gross and unmaintained - the doors were old and falling apart, and people were leaving stuff everywhere. I felt uncomfortable trying clothes on there. It was receiving no attention from any of the employees.Men's shoe selection was disappointing. I eventually made my way downstairs to the "bargain bin" area. There, I found a few pairs of men's formal shoes that I thought were actually quite comfortable. The cashier sold a pair to me for $18, she was so nice.”

A young girl named Emma assisted me today, and she was extremely helpful and very kind. One of my best experiences with an employee! “I had a return and Joanne helped me. The main word to describe Joanne is dedicated. For some reason the two items I was returning weren’t allowing the computer to complete the transaction and when that happened she was quick to call the 800 number for Anthropologie to get to to the bottom of it. When my schedule didn’t allow me to wait she remained on hold until she got to the bottom of it and called me to let me know the problem was resolved and I could come back in to do the return. It’s very rare to find people to help you as much as she did and I am so grateful to her. Thanks so much Joanne.”

I love Victoria's Secret and unfortunately they closed the one in the Sunrise Mall in Massapequa. I have to travel to Walt Whitman if I want the store experience. “Only reason I'm giving 5 stars is cause of Shinita who works at Macy's! I went in on July 1st and saw that Macy's had some awesome sales 25-40% off and when I got to the register the prices were not matching up. Shinita (and her coworker who's name I did not get) went above and beyond with helping us and not only that but with a huge smile on her face and such a caring attitude. If it wasn't for her this review would not be good, I hope she gets the acknowledgement she deserves.”
