“The lady cashier employee was customer service outstanding. A mom with little kid was very anxious cause the boy was bother and crying. The cashier took a time and gave her some paper's stars and the child came quiet.”

“Only reason I'm giving 5 stars is cause of Shinita who works at Macy's! I went in on July 1st and saw that Macy's had some awesome sales 25-40% off and when I got to the register the prices were not matching up. Shinita (and her coworker who's name I did not get) went above and beyond with helping us and not only that but with a huge smile on her face and such a caring attitude. If it wasn't for her this review would not be good, I hope she gets the acknowledgement she deserves.”
