“Had to come here in a pinch for rehearsal dinner for my daughter’s wedding needed an outfit (and fast). Kim was very nice to walk me through and help me select an outfit which I am so happy with. The service and care were top-notch. The clothes are top quality. A+ store with great team! I will be back here because the experience was exceptional.”

“are used to come here every weekend and get a new pair of Jordans and new fitted and some new tees , But those days are gone… I don’t go nearly as often anymore but I popped in the other day to see the same family owning it and they still had a dope shoe selection… I always felt their prices were fair and the people were very nice when you talk to them. “Unfortunately, there was a slight defect that developed in one of the shoes I purchased last year. The manager was kind enough to exchange the pair for new even though we were way past the company policy for exchanges. His action was up and beyond what I had in mind. “Consistently a great shopping experience. Most recently, Michael helped us and was friendly, helpful and even had me fill out a postcard so I will get a reminder to use my $50 coupons in January. Went back 2 weeks later, he remembered us and asked if we were happy with our purchases. Clothing high quality. It's nice to shop at a retail store where customer service is at the forefront.”
“Great quality. Women's blouses have very strange fit. Very cute Daisy Dukes for younger ladies. Quiet location, on small wing of mall. Non-aggressive staff, thankfully. Hate being hovered over, but this is a very relaxed atmosphere. Starbuck's next door!”
“This is more of a Gap for baby clothes and female clothes. They have a men's section but it's quite small. I had ordered some mens pants online from Gap and wanted to return it only to find out that I couldn't return it here because of the serial number on the packaging (or something like that). Didn't make much sense to me but if you wanna return something to Gap, there's a chance this place won't accept your items for return. In my case, I went to the Gap factory in Plainview to return it as apparently Gap Factory locations are not the same as Gap locations. I still gave this place 4 stars because the woman behind the counter was very friendly, although service was a little slow.”

“Only reason I'm giving 5 stars is cause of Shinita who works at Macy's! I went in on July 1st and saw that Macy's had some awesome sales 25-40% off and when I got to the register the prices were not matching up. Shinita (and her coworker who's name I did not get) went above and beyond with helping us and not only that but with a huge smile on her face and such a caring attitude. If it wasn't for her this review would not be good, I hope she gets the acknowledgement she deserves.”
“I was in a situation where I needed receipts of my previous transcations to claim my funds from an Airline company who wasn't ready to help me with the claim without actual receipts. Saira and her entire team at Macys Customer service was so helpful and they did a wonderful job. Macy's you need more people like Saira.”

“I have to give the biggest shout out to Aisha went to Zara this morning looking for a specific shirt and pants and Aisha was helping find them and they didn’t have my size she went to get it from the back room stock in the meantime I was looking for a couple more outfits for a dinner I was having and she comeback with the shirt and pants me and her were chatting and i asked what looked better she told me the initial outfit I went for even told me what shoes to wear and even called over another associate Mike and they got me right she went above and beyond and she’s the sweetest thing with the best vibe that’ll make anyone smile you come to this. Zara and need help she’s your girl to get you looking right”
