“Consistently a great shopping experience. Most recently, Michael helped us and was friendly, helpful and even had me fill out a postcard so I will get a reminder to use my $50 coupons in January. Went back 2 weeks later, he remembered us and asked if we were happy with our purchases. Clothing high quality. It's nice to shop at a retail store where customer service is at the forefront.”

“One of my favorite clothing spots that not too many people know about. They always have plenty of Jordan, Nike and other top brands. I can usually find something on sale that I need/want. The owners are easy to deal with and the price is always right. And in response to the review below, NOTHING is fake. That is the most ridiculous thing I have ever heard.”
“Great quality. Women's blouses have very strange fit. Very cute Daisy Dukes for younger ladies. Quiet location, on small wing of mall. Non-aggressive staff, thankfully. Hate being hovered over, but this is a very relaxed atmosphere. Starbuck's next door!”
“I had a great experience buying two blazers from Carlo. He was incredibly patient and knowledgeable; he also went out of his way to have one of the jackets taken in on the day I purchased it. As a tall guy, I can’t just walk into a department store and get a suit off the shelf. This place has a nice selection for tall guys of any build.”

“I was looking for a gift for my boyfriend, and I wasn’t exactly sure what kind of style he would be into from the selection of clothes. But this nice employee with short curly hair went up to me and asked me if I needed help. I told him and showed him a photo of my boyfriend and he helped me pick out a set of outfits that I could buy, eventually we settled on one. The whole interaction was just so helpful and welcoming that I had to write this review, such a bubbly person! Will definitely be coming back + he loved it!”

“Only reason I'm giving 5 stars is cause of Shinita who works at Macy's! I went in on July 1st and saw that Macy's had some awesome sales 25-40% off and when I got to the register the prices were not matching up. Shinita (and her coworker who's name I did not get) went above and beyond with helping us and not only that but with a huge smile on her face and such a caring attitude. If it wasn't for her this review would not be good, I hope she gets the acknowledgement she deserves.”

“I just wanted to say thank for the excellent service I received here at Foot Locker at the Walt Whitman Mall. The female that answered the phone when I called to do a shoe check was so pleasant and accommodating. When I arrived my sneaker was waiting for me but every last associate on the floor greeted me and asked me if I needed help with anything. I don't remember names but they were both managers they went out they're way to make sure I got exactly what I wanted. I had to say thank you In this way to let everybody know this location has superb customer service and that goes a long way! Thanks again you guys”
