“I had a very pleasant experience at Lululemon in Walt Whitman mall recently! Amanda, the manager, went above and beyond for me.
I am often in the store looking around and chatting with some of the more friendly employees. A few days ago during one of these conversations, I was explaining how I had been emailed a discount code from Lululemon and purchased a bunch of items that ultimately never got delivered. Corporate opened a case and initially didn't even offer me a refund or replacement for the items. 2 more phone calls later and another case review, they did refund my money (whew!), but never offered any reinstatement of the discount code. The store employee (Jen) was so empathetic and went to Amanda the manager, while I was in the fitting room. Amanda was apologetic over the situation (totally not necessary) and then very generously offered a courtesy discount to me! This gesture of good will was so impressive to me; what wonderful customer service! Thank you Amanda and Jen!”
