“I was looking for a gift for my boyfriend, and I wasn’t exactly sure what kind of style he would be into from the selection of clothes. But this nice employee with short curly hair went up to me and asked me if I needed help. I told him and showed him a photo of my boyfriend and he helped me pick out a set of outfits that I could buy, eventually we settled on one. “Only reason I'm giving 5 stars is cause of Shinita who works at Macy's! I went in on July 1st and saw that Macy's had some awesome sales 25-40% off and when I got to the register the prices were not matching up. Shinita (and her coworker who's name I did not get) went above and beyond with helping us and not only that but with a huge smile on her face and such a caring attitude. If it wasn't for her this review would not be good, I hope she gets the acknowledgement she deserves.”
