This CVS is noted for its immaculate, well-stocked store where everything is typically in stock. The staff, including the pharmacy and front store teams, are consistently described as wonderful, caring, informative, helpful, friendly, kind, and exceptional. Many employees go above and beyond or the extra mile to assist customers, even when staffing is scarce. Specific praise is given for their compassion and for taking time to provide great advice. However, the pharmacy hours are not great for some, opening too late and closing early. A common frustration is the inability to reach anyone by phone due to an automated system. Despite these drawbacks, the overall sentiment is highly positive, with customers expressing love for the place and appreciation for the kind and amazing team that provides reliable service.
Pharmacy hours aren't great, they open too late for me to go before work at 9 and they close early by 7/8 every day. But the pharmacists are wonderful and so caring and informative. Hate that you can't get anyone on the phone anymore though. It's all automated.

Most of staff are fine, but very few stay for more than a year. Aspirin and other OTC meds are locked up, as if Halesye was a high-crime area, resulting in major inconveniences. Needs a big change in leadership at top levels.

My complaint is specific. It has become nearly impossible to call and speak with a pharmacist. Isn’t this the most important role of a pharmacy? Yes. Fine, sell toys and batteries and groceries. It’s convenient sometimes.
But, if I need to speak with a pharmacist, it should be quick and simple !!
