He helped me choose a new phone, I told him what I was looking for l, he went through options with me and compared them to what I was getting now, and was never pushy, which I really appreciate. I then couldn't get the phone activated because I thought I knew what I was doing (I didn't!). Vijay helped me sort it out fast, with no issues. Highly recommend the Farmingdale Airport Plaza Verizon store!”

“What an amazing staff that took care of my needs by strongly explaining everything that was being done while also caring for how long the process would take and respecting that time as well. Other customers were making comments to the management staff that they only come here and not to other stores because of the experience they had in the past visits which made me feel even better I chose this store over ones that were closer to my house. The store manager Shaun came up during my transaction to ensure everything was going well and I told him I would be leaving a stellar review for my fantastic experience and I will be telling all my friends and family this is the store to go to!”

“I have been billed for HBO max since April, although I dont have TV Service from Optimum. I have been unable to remove the charge from my bill, even though I have spoken with reprsentatives from Optimum. I keep deducting the $13.78 from my bill each month.
