“Today I lost a blade off of my husqvarna tractor that was less than a year old. I was able to get replacement blade ftom the retailer ipurchased from. Not without incident. The supervisor put them at customer service for me although an associate put them in returns.I was not able to get the bolt necessary to install. They dont sell it.I calked the Teixeira store. . It was after closing but Paul went above and beyond to accommodate my purchase of the needed parts. He wasEven willing to get the parts near my home. . The service was absolutely outstanding and true customer service. I will also recommend to anyone to use thier store. I must shamefully admit. I work for the original retailer ..... but things change”
