“Awesome store located on 9w usually always has the parts I need or is very fast at getting the part I need for my vehicle. With so many other car part shops around nobody is better than NAPA. I had to buy an oil filter for my truck and I wasn't even in there for five minutes! Awesome staff too! Very kind and helpful! “Received excellent service the other afternoon purchasing a new battery. The salesperson, Nina, was extremely helpful, and she was the only person working in the store at that time. I wasn't sure if my old battery would start again, and she agreed to lend me a few tools to install the new one. The car started so I left. But I was very impressed with Nina, who was taking care of a line of customers and answering phones, etc., etc., without an iota of attitude, impatience, or rushing the customers. Nina deserves both a very large raise and year-end bonus!”
