“This place took such good care of me. After coming from a place in the village of Wappingers ( that quoted me 450 an hour for labor) it was so refreshing to work them. Their waiting room is comfortable and clean. They were kind while explaining everything they were doing and things I would need later on. Just an honest group if people. I was not over charged this is my shop for life!”
“I got a flat on a new tire, but I drove on it too long before noticing. The sidewalls were damaged. They evaluated the tire and determined I needed a new one. They didn't have a matching tire in the store, but I left the old tire and rim and they had it replaced and balanced early the next morning, sooner than promised. The service was great and the person was helpful and pleasant.”

Delarms responded pretty quickly, knew exactly what to do even though I was driving my work van and getting the spare loose is tricky.

“I’ve been taking my 2006 Nissan Altima there for 16 years and it’s still on the road. You bring your car there and unlike other places, you get the owner, Joe Chickery and his daughter, Cheryl, either working on your car or if the workload is heavy, assisting a mechanic that Joe brought in to help.
I never in all of these years, questioned the bill because getting your car or anything fixed is all about honesty. The rest of the price is all about what the shop needs to survive, so that you may have the same mechanic for the life of your car!
I don’t know if I ever wrote a review before, but I should have. Better late than never. Thanks to Joe and Cheryl, good mechanics, good family, honest people!”

“It's not often these days that you get to rave about a customer experience that you had from ANY business. Being the times we live in, I get without great employees in the workforce, businesses' can't give their customer's a great customer experience. BUT ... that is exactly what I am doing. Raving about this business!! Finishline Automotive Repair in Hyde Park absolutely floored me with their level of professionalism when I went into their shop. My issue (Had Nothing to do with them) was very frustrating and other shops would not help. Aiden and Chis not only helped to get my problem solved but never made me feel like it was a pain for them. (Which I know it was) They went above and beyond in my opinion and I would definitely recommend to ANYONE! Thank you Aiden and Chris, I can't say it enough!!”
