“I am a new customer. Laurie came highly recommended by a close friend of mine. Laurie was willing to meet with me at a moment’s notice to discuss restringing my pearls for my upcoming wedding. She didn’t make me schedule an appointment. She was very sweet and accommodating. She not only agreed to do the job, but she also quoted me a very reasonable price and is able to have it done within a short timeframe. I am very happy with her customer service. She cleaned my engagement ring while we were discussing the process of restringing my pearls together. I haven’t received the final product back yet (as I’ve just left it with her this afternoon), however, I have faith in her skills and experience. There are too many people dishing out negative reviews these days. I figured I’d give Laurie the credit that she deserves. I’d definitely recommend this jeweler. You receive a much more personable experience than you receive when you go somewhere like Kay’s. The store itself is pristinely clean and she has some gorgeous jewelry there.”
