“I'm not sure about the negative reviews... the only complaint I have was about getting through the phone lines. I called to confirm an appointment but was unable to get through to the Branch Manager Cecile Galvez, left message and she called back and left a message for me. Turns out she hadn't even received my message to her personal line. Either way, the service was outstanding!!! I deposited funds and Citibank was withholding part of the funds (for a week!!!)... I needed the funds desperately and she was willing to go the extra mile and helped me get the funds released just in time. I'm so glad.”
