“I was recently in Bank of America in Lawrence, NY and saw Karen, a teller there that dealt with a Spanish woman and her mother. The teller was very concerned that she may have been a victim of a scam. With remarkable care and concern she asked her about these things. True other banks may require this, but this was done with such human and loving concern - a bedside manner or rather a teller-side manner that is one in a million. Kudos to her and the bank.”
