“The employees working were patient and helpful when my original plan to rent a trailer wasn't going to work (hitch wouldn't insert into receiver because of rust). They provided a mallet for me to try to get it in and were patient while I tried when I told them that I absolutely needed to rent a trailer to take care of an urgent situation. When it was clear it wasn't going to work, they quickly got me set up with a truck rental to pull the trailer and got me on my way. Although I wasn't happy about the extra rental, they turned a stressful situation good.”
