“I am so glad that Cats & Critters is our vet. Last year one of my senior cats had broncho-pneumonia and it was scary to see my sweet girl be so lethargic and unable to really move. We brought her to Cats & Critters for a triage and had a great experience for the situation we were in. Our vet even called another one of the doctors who answered and helped even though she was off that day and eating breakfast. With the medicine and care we received from Cats & Critters my cat made a full recovery. You can tell that the vets and staff at the office really care about your pets from the way they speak to them and treat them. We’ve taken our cats to them for five years and have only had wonderful experiences, from annual check ups, to having teeth pulled, to the more serious pneumonia issue. “Dr.Smith was amazing, he really took the time to do a very thorough examination on my sick kitty. Even when he was just talking to us he was still comforting her and giving her love. She was extremely comfortable with him. Him and the vet tech were great at explaining the next steps how to administer her new medications and going over the prices for upcoming scans. My dad who came with me was so impressed by everything that he is in the process of switching his dogs to this vet as well! Thank you so much for helping my kitty feel more comfortable!”
