“I am part of their "little back dress" challenge and I'm loving it! The amount of support I receive from the coaches and members is incredible. Their support motivates me to keep giving my all to make them all proud. Being part of the challenge also comes with lots of perks, some of my favorite are the free cavitation sessions, personal training sessions, and a private ig chat with the other members. Highly recommend this challenge and the gym overall!”

“Sounds cheesy but OTF really has changed my life. I’ve been a member for about a year now. I definitely have some favorite coaches but truly every class I attend, the coaches look out for everyone, modify exercises and always ask if I’m ok with x modification because I’m expecting. The coaches go through form and which muscles to target, they’re all extremely motivating and respectful.This review is for CP, GCP, and NHP, they all run so efficiently and are always so clean. The staff at all the locations are also so professional and attentive, which makes you feel so comfortable.”

“I enjoyed a complimentary trial class in East Meadow. Salesperson was professional and gave me a lot of information and details of the workout and how the fees work. The instructor was good, went a little fast for me but maybe it was also because it's my first time!I will go back for another class and decide which package to take. I think you should take a trial class and decide for yourself if you want more.”

To further my healing journey. I was blessed with Derek B. As a fitness trainer showing me the use and equipment of the gym. I now have weekly sessions with Derek who is aware of my frame and my weaknesses Therefore giving me particular strength training for my needs Derek pushes me. “Clean and a decent sized fitness area. I like how you can go at your own pace since everyone is at a different level. Pricing is decent especially for someone who just wants to burn calories quickly and get out. I don't feel like the class has a personalized approach but will do for a quick gym session. Fave coaches are Robyn, Grace and Lorraine. I definitely feel like they are more attentive. The only thing I wish they had was a full body mirror (in the weight area so i could see my movements better during the workouts). Overall, they have great times that work for my schedule. If you can survive being on the treadmill for 20-30mins (they have some bikes available), this workout would fit your needs.”

You are corrected if you do something wrong which is I find extremely important since my knees don’t hurt after sessions (they usually did which is the reason i quit the gym).Every session is a pure pleasure.Ty for everything. As for the past 14 months as a Paitient coming each Monday for my Blood Labs to be drawn & Appointments, with my Kidney Transplant Team, I am a weekly patient & have always been treated very well, even when the Office is very busy. “I took my first class very early one morning, so it was just me and one other person. This made the class feel very personal, and the instructor was able to train us on a better level. It was a 30 minute class that consisted of using the climber machine half the time and then doing light weight lifting the other half. I wasn't crazy about the machine because it was a bit too intense for me, but I enjoyed the other half of the class. The instructor was awesome and kept pushing us beyond what we thought we could handle. I don't think this is the type of studio I would buy a membership at, but I would buy some drop in classes.”
