“This pharmacy goes above and beyond for their customers. My family and I have been loyal patrons since early 2010s but the business has improved much more after this new owner’s takeover. The wait time is also short (~5 mins) even if your medicine isn’t ready yet compared to long lines of pharmacies like Walgreens where wait time can vary from 20 to 40 minutes due to an overworked singular pharmacist.An example of the pharmacy going above and beyond is when the pharmacist directly delivered a medication I needed 50 miles away while I was in college. I really could not believe that he did this, I distinctively remember asking if he was sure. I wanted to tip him when he arrived but he left the medication in my mailbox.This is just one of many examples and the reason I continue to be a loyal customer even after moving.”

“Bakers drugs is a great alternative means to get your prescriptions, surgical supplies, and other necessities. They offer individual attention and in person interaction. Not like the larger chains that send you to a kiosk to cash out. The staff is very respectful and attentive to detail.
I follow Ms. H, who was working at another Bakers. She is an asset to this location as she continually provides superior services. If you get your prescriptions filled here like I do, you will receive a call when it's ready.
In closing, they offer the same services and have mostly the same things that drug stores are supposed to have but they exceed them by far with no frustration.”
“I am so happy with my experience at this pharmacy. I use to have Walgreens and wait 30 minutes on a line, get to the front and my medication is not even ready.This is a wonderful small business, literally the pharmacist knows my voice- I called off of a friends phone once (different caller ID) and John knew it was me.He told me to pick my prescription up in 10 minutes. I was already nearby, walked in and picked it up in 3 minutes.”

“I’m a happy customer since the opening of this pharmacy. I require monthly medications , some of which are difficult to fill ,however the dedicated staff has always provided me with the help needed in order for me to get my meds. The staff is always friendly and supportive. They have picked up my prescription, delivered my medication, and even given my intimidating boxer/pit dog biscuits. 5 stars and highly recommended.”

“I have gone to big chain store pharmacies for most of my life. These chain stores often have long lines, take days to get the prescription, and never pick up the phone. However, when I moved to QV Pharmacy, all these problems went away! Wonderful customer service, rarely any wait time and they always respond to phone calls (and even email!!). “This is a Pharmacy with heart, soul and whatever you need to feel better. When no Dr's office or hospital would pick up the phone DEC 23rd and my 95 year old Dad had Covid - I was so upset as to what course of action to take for him. I called Valenti and Anthony, the owner/pharmicist took the time and the compassion to give his advice and his reassurance. His advice was on the mark. My dad did pull through and without the drama of an ER visit. That meant the world to me.Most importantly this pharmacy cares about its community and it shows. “This pharmacy provides personalized service. If they don’t have an uncommon medication they will get it for by the next day. They do everything in their power to help you.The pharmacist is excellent and compassionate. They even deliver free of charge meds on M/W/F. One time I was too sick on a non delivery day but they delivered it anyway. This pharmacy reminds me of the old days when the pharmacist knew the customers personally as well as your medication. Even if you live in LB or Oceanside it’s worth the drive to get the best personalized service. Thank you to all of the staff.”
